POLIS University offers 5 Master of Science study programs:
1. Architecture and Urban Design (5 years, full time, integrated BSc + MSc, 300 ECTS)
2. Planning and Urban Management (5 years, full time, integrated BSc + MSc, 300 ECTS )
3. Architecture (2 years, full time, 120 ECTS)
4. Applied design (2 years, full time, 120 ECTS)
5. Urban Environment Management (2 years, full time, 120 ECTS)

PROFESSIONAL MASTERS
JOINT DEGREE DIPLOMA:
In the framework of the MATRA Program of the Netherlands Government, Co-PLAN Institute and Erasmus University Rotterdam and I.H.S. Institute, Netherlands professional Master degree courses have been developed and are currently given. Also staff from other international partner institutions participate in the Masters progras, such as TU Viena, Bezalele Jerusalem and U-Trieste ) . At the end of the study program you will get a “Joint Degree Diploma” co signed from POLIS University and Erasmus/ I.H.S. . There are two options:

a. Parametric Design (for Architects/ City Planners /Designers)
b. Structural Aesthetic Design (for Construction Engineers/ Engineer or Architects/Designers)
c. Urban & Landscape Design (for City Planners / Architects and Forest Engineers/ Environment)
2.URBAN ((3 specialities, 2 years part time, 72-90 ECTS)
a. Spatial Planning & GIS Application (for Planners/ City Planners/Architects/ Environmental Engineers/ Construction Engineers/ IT Specialists)
b. Urban Social Development & Human Resources (for Social Sciences /Politics/Law, Public Administration, Economics, Planning)
c. Housing & Land Development ( Real Estate Evaluators, Architects, City Planners, Construction Engineers/ Infrastructure, Economics-Business etc.)
This Master Program is suitable for applications with a 5 year University Degree, Master/MSc, or Phd, but it is also open for those who have a Bachelor degree. Contact Polis for the admission requirements.

Konferenca e AESOP (Association of European Schools of Planning) ne Universitetin POLIS
Nga data 5-8 Maj 2011 ne Universitetin POLIS u mbajt konferenca e pervitshme e AESOP (Association of Europian Schools of Planning) -Head of Schools meeting.
Organizimi i kesaj konference ishte nje arritje per sistemin e larte arsimor shqiptar pasi pjesemarres ishin drejtuesit e shkollave te Planifikimit nga e gjithe Europa.
Pjese e konferences ishin edhe dy personalitete te njohura si : Charles Landry dhe Bernhard Müller te cilet mbajten nje fjalim ne lidhje me ceshtje te planifikimit dhe te permiresimit te habitatit.
Ky eveniment u shfrytezua per prezantimin e evoluimit te Shqiperise nder vite, problematika te planifikimit Urban dhe puna e bere ne kete drejtim nga Co-PLAN, Instutiti i Zhvillimit te Habitatit.
I ftuar ne kete Konference ishte edhe Ministri i Arsimit dhe Shkencave z. Myqerem Tafaj i cili pershendeti organizmin e nje aktiviteti kaq te rendesishem per te gjithe Shqiperine dhe shprehu vleresimin per arritjet dhe rolin e rendesishem qe luan Universiteti POLIS ne ceshtje te Planifikimit dhe ne promovimin e rritjes se vazhdueshme te nivelit te Sisitemit te Larte Arsimor ne Shqiperi.
Ne mbyllje Presidentja e AESOP (Kristina Nilsson) vleresoi maksimalisht nivelin e larte te organizimit te bere nga Universiteti POLIS dhe falenderoi stafin per mikpritjen .
Konferenca e drejtuesve te shkollave te Planifikimit eshte nje event i pervitshem i cili organizohet ne qytetet me te medha te Europes. Fale arritjeve te Universitetit dhe paraqitjes se denje te drejtuesve te POLIS ne konferencat e meparshme, konkuruam sebashku me shkolla te tjera Europiane te Planifikimit dhe u perzgjodhem si alternativa me e mire.
Ky ishte eventi me i rendesishem i vitit per POLIS si nje tregues i standarteve Europiane dhe per nivelin e larte te ekspozimit te Universitetit ne nivel nderkombetar.

U_POLIS ka kenaqesine tju njoftoje per organizimin e AESOP-Takim i drejtuesve te shkollave te Europiane te Planifikimit , nga data 05 Maj-08 Maj 2011 ne Tirane.
